“This is my second time using New Latitude and they have been great both times. The first time, I moved from Hoover to Huntsville. This second time I returned from Huntsville to Hoover. Both times they arrived on time (this recent time they came about an hour earlier) and called/texted prior to arrival. Everything was loaded within the hour, and my items were handled with care. On the move to Huntsville, I was moving to a new apartment and they had the furniture unloaded and set up pretty quick, if I remember correctly it was about 45 minutes. It probably would have been faster if they did not need to take my bed apart/put it back together. This most recent time, I moved my things to a storage unit and all of my things were placed neatly in an easily accessible way. The staff is really helpful and friendly - prior to booking they video call you and do a walk through of the space to take inventory and they respond quickly through text if you have to change your moving date or location and with every change they promptly send a confirmation email with your changes. I paid around $2000 for both moves which I thought was reasonable given the distance. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend!”
