First time using a moving company, and I’m so glad I did. Austin, Springer, Tyler and the rest of the crew were exceptional. They never stopped moving, were extremely professional, very cordial and courteous. I don’t even recall hearing anything bump a wall! I can’t say enough good things about this crew. 5 stars all day long.

New Latitude did all they said they would and more. They had our house packed up in under 3 1/2 hours and moved into our condo in about 4 1/2 hours, it would have been quicker but for a single freight elevator. They were very careful not to scratch or otherwise damage our newly refinished floors. In the truck a pedestal broke on our dining room table, a break that had occurred in the table’s past that we didn’t know about. They did an excellent and permanent repair on it. Excellent company, would recommend them without hesitation.

Being a veteran of about 18 different moves in my lifetime, cannot stress enough what a FANTASTIC experience this was!! William and Sean were not only professional and courteous but inventive on the fly. they moved me out of my mountain top home in Highlands, NC while a snowstorm covered everything in ice. Even though things did not go as planned, they both made changes and adjustments to get all of my belongings on the truck....at the bottom of my icy driveway, carrying everything by hand down the slippery slope. All the while, smiling and acting like this situation was no big deal. This is the 3nd time that the same team has moved me, but probably the best and most efficient. If you are looking for the ultimate in moving professionalism, look no further! HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!

We chose New Latitude because of the many positive reviews and we were NOT disappointed!! The crew seemed to be happy moving our belongings and it seemed that they actually liked their jobs, not to mention they were very professional and took good care of our things! We called headquarters a couple times with questions and everyone we spoke with was very helpful and kind. Thank you New Latitdue!!

This was by far the best moving experience I have ever had. The movers were friendly, polite, so careful with our stuff, and seemed to actually be enjoying themselves. They worked beautifully as a team and were as efficient as can be- they literally RAN back to the truck after dropping off a load. They were so efficient that they were done more quickly than expected and I was actually charged less than the initial estimate! Could not be more pleased with New Latitude.
